Don began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 with a Canadian insurance company as an agent knocking on doors. Since then, he has held many progressive positions such as District Manager, General Manager, and President and CEO, followed by building a successful MGA (Managing General Agency) with over 180 producing advisors & a mutual fund branch.
Since 1999, Don has facilitated over 700 seminars, conferences, and workshops for many institutions in many countries, including: Canada, USA, Cabo Verde and many countries in the Caribbean and Europe. His clients include: Cabo International Partners, CE-Credits.ca, Pro-Seminars, Advocis, industry events, MGA’s (Managing General Agencies), AGA’s (Associate General Agencies), mutual fund dealers, schools, MLM’s (Multi Level Marketers), the public, government, rotary clubs, and company sales professionals.
Don has written 3 Canadian best-selling self-help books: Motivational Cycles to Successful Selling, Unleash the Magnet in You, and How-to Remove Your Success Blockers – iUniverse Publishing™. He has also written a 2-day motivation & sales management mastery program titled, Boost the Value of your Business (11 C.E. Credits).
